Fruit of a reflection of two years, the new General Code of the Taxes was adopted by the National Assembly at the beginning of 2013. This profoundly reshaped text was considerably simplified. The new CGI confers on the investors of multiple advantages of whom a substantial and effective reduction of the payroll tax, the deductibility of loads in case of payment for the benefit of organism as well as of numerous softenings to be discovered.
