For a certificate of qualification for public works, please see below the documents required :

• Pay 100 000 CFA Francs for the file at the Permanent Secretariat of the Commission, which is located at the Directorate for Construction and Housing, 23 Rue Calmette Dakar;
• Declaration of registration in the Registry of Companies
• Certificate of NINEA registration
• Pension fund attestation (IPRES)
• CSS attestation
• Attestation from the labour inspectorate
• Attestation of non-bankruptcy
• Proof of financial capability
• List of managerial staff along with their CVs
• List of logistical resources
• Certificate of achievement (not required from newly-established companies)
• List of construction equipment owned by the company
• Tax clearance certificate
