An EIG

• The President must be present physically to submit or withdraw the application. The application  should include the documents listed below, as follows :

1. The President’s criminal record check of no more than three months
2. The identity cards of all members of the EIG
3. A dossier fee of 59000 CFA Francs
4. Eleven (11) fiscal stamps each worth 2000 CFA Francs
5. Three (03) copies of the statutes, rules and regulations and incorporation meeting minutes.

If you are a foreigner, you are required to provide your consular card or foreigner’s identity card, criminal record of no more than three months from the country of origin.
