If you wish to work in the real estate sector, the documents you need to provide are as follows:

• A written application addressed to the Minister of Trade
• A copy of your identity card
• A copy of your entry number in the trade register
• A deposit of 2 000 000 CFA Francs to be paid to the bank
• A certificate attesting insurance against civil liability
• Two (02) passport photos
• A fiscal stamp of 500 CFA Francs
